Fantastic, theatrical and expressive, German silent cinema of the late 1910s became the spokesperson for the prevailing social atmosphere. On the occasion of Flagey Piano Days, two monuments of expressionism, with, as it should be for silent cinema, "live" accompaniment on the piano.
