Queen Elisabeth Competition 2021: piano

In 2021 the Queen Elisabeth Competition will be dedicated to the piano. This competition is for musicians who have completed their training and who are ready to embark upon an international career. From 3 to 29 May the best young pianists from the four corners of the world will compete in Brussels. Because some candidates had to withdraw, 64 candidates will participate instead of the 74, that were selected for the Competition that initially was to take place in May 2020.

While we had initially hoped that the public would be welcome in the Belgian concert halls in the month of May, to our regret we must announce that no tickets will be sold for this session. The candidates  will not be able to perform in front of a live audience this year. But you don't have to miss one note of their performances : all the competition rounds and the two laureates' concerts will be broadcast entirely live, be it on queenelisabethcompetition.be, on the radio or on television!
