Casimir Liberski
Pianist, improviser, and composer Casimir Liberski presents a more intimate side of his playing with this new solo project. In this repertoire, his singular jazz universe merges with influences from Japanese ambient music, as well as from Ryuichi Sakamoto, Masabumi Kikuchi, Morton Feldman, and John Cage.
He deepens his exploration of a musical language that is free, playful, and poetic — shaped by silence and space, yet also touched by joy and nostalgia.
This recital will weave together original compositions, improvisations, and reimagined melodies from a wide range of sources and traditions.
