Quality Time (Daan Bakker)

Quality Time

Daan Bakker

Five men, five episodes. From minimalist animated films to realistic films, fairy tales and black and white SF, Daan Bakker portrays thirty-year-olds confronted with the cruelty of everyday life and the difficulty of being oneself. With audacity and creativity, Quality Time unites for the best the grotesque, the absurd, the poetry and the humour of Monty Python. A first film, tender and cynical, never mean.

Flagey, Brussels International Film Festival
