Queen Elisabeth Competition 2020: piano

In 2020 the Queen Elisabeth Competition will be dedicated to the piano. This competition is for musicians who have completed their training and who are ready to embark upon an international career. From 4 to 30 May the best young pianists from the four corners of the world will compete in Brussels.

The applications of the candidates were closed at the beginning of December. End of January, beginning of February the preselection jury will screen their application videos and in March, we will know who will be the lucky pianists who can participate in the first public round. The names of the jury members will be announced at the same time.

In the meantime, we invite you to take a look at the calendar and the repertoire requested for this edition. Hopefully we can count you among our audience in May!
